It depends on the size of the structure, what it's built from, how much material is coming out and how easy the site is to get plant into. There's no standard rate. Send us a few details or a photograph and we'll come back with a price. Quotes are free.
Yes. We bring our own crusher to the site and process concrete, block and rubble into reusable stone where it stands. It usually works out cheaper than carting material away and buying stone back in, and it cuts the number of lorry movements considerably.
In most cases yes. Crushed concrete and rubble is commonly used as fill, as a base under hardstanding and yards, or for farm roadways. What it's suitable for depends on the material going in, and we'll tell you straight what you're going to get out of it.
Sometimes. In Ireland some demolition is exempted development, but it isn't in every case. Protected structures, buildings in an architectural conservation area, and demolition that forms part of a larger development are the usual exceptions. Check with the planning section of your local authority before work starts. We're happy to talk through what's involved, but the permission itself is the property owner's responsibility.
